Project Assessment

The project is on its final steps...

Project Assessment | Students

We ask all students who collaborated on this project to give us feedback about it.

Please fill the following questionnaire (here).

79 students from the partner schools replied to the questionnaire.

Most students believe they have improved their knowledge about democracy in a school context.

Their favourite activity was choosing the project logo, followed by learning about Children’s Rights and delivering the lesson they planned on Human Rights.

Most students feel they’ve improved some competences, like responsibility, autonomy and creativity, as well as their English skills. Around 84% of the students improved to some extent their ICT skills.

75% of the students discussed the project in different subjects or in extracurricular activities.

About students’ collaboration in the project, most of them declared to be involved and to have a good personal contribution. Regardless there were 5 (6%) who said that his/hers contribution was small.

Regarding the collaboration with the team mates, most students feel that there was collaboration in the work done.

33% of the students didn't experience any difficulties. The others struggled to find time for the project activities (32%), to share their opinion (16%), to express their opinion in English (15%), or to write correctly (4%).

Around 66% of the students would like to collaborate in an eTwinning project again and 82% feel this was a good eTwinning experience.

Most students said they were motivated during the project, because they had the opportunity to meet and work with european colleagues, as well as develop some skills and competences. As suggestions to improve the project  they pointed out online meetings. In fact, due to all the constraints we had to face and overcome, we were not able to arrange an online meeting with students, their commnication was made only by the forum. In some work groups students wished for a better communication through the forum - we think some students also struggled with the new platform, which can explain why they weren't so active in the forums as previously expected. In adition, most of them were also new eTwinners and they didn't realise the forum potential as a communication and collaboration tool. In future projects we (teachers) need to improve this with other strategies to motivate the students using the forum from the very beginning of the project.
